🥋 My Martial Arts Journey
Like many martial arts enthusiasts, my journey began with karate as a teenager. I was passionate, dedicated, and training regularly—until life threw me a curveball. A serious shoulder injury not only ended my karate training but also taught me valuable lessons about resilience and adaptation.
While my broken shoulder forced me away from the dojo, my mind never left martial arts. The philosophy, discipline, and spirit of combat sports became a permanent part of who I am. That teenage setback didn't end my martial arts story—it just redirected it.
Twenty years ago, I made Chiang Mai my home. What started as an adventure became a deep love affair with Thailand's culture, people, and of course, the art of eight limbs—Muay Thai.
🇹🇭 Why Chiang Mai?
After two decades of calling Chiang Mai home, I've experienced this city in ways most visitors never will. I've watched the Muay Thai scene evolve, seen gyms rise and fall, and built relationships with trainers, fighters, and fellow enthusiasts from around the world.
